As a radio and podcast presenter/producer, I have been broadcasting across the UK for nearly 20 years, most recently as the anchor of Heart Breakfast with Tom, Nicola and Jack, More Radio and BBC Sussex and Surrey.

​

Along the way, I have been privileged to win a Sony Academy Radio Award and a handful of Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards.

​

Other work includes The Heart London Breakfast show, Capital London and the National Lottery draw (TV).
