As a radio and podcast presenter/producer, I have been broadcasting across the UK for nearly 20 years, most recently as the anchor of Heart Breakfast with Tom, Nicola and Jack, More Radio and BBC Sussex and Surrey.

Along the way, I have been privileged to win a Sony Academy Radio Award and a handful of Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards.
